A unique residential complex with 44 attractive residential units is being built in Wyhl in the middle of the beautiful Kaiserstuhl in a quiet location on a 3294m² sunny plot. The buildings are aligned and structured in such a way that all 44 residential units can enjoy a wonderful view from spacious balconies and loggias. There are 44 condominiums with different layouts from 33m² to 150m².

In Kenzingen, on the western edge of the Black Forest in the Upper Rhine Plain, 12 semi-detached houses are to be built on plots ranging from 192 m² to 438 m², with a living space of approx. 128 m².

Our office has been commissioned as architects and general planners for the large-scale project of the Häfele group of companies in Nagold. During this comprehensive construction project, a building complex is being created with high technological demands on the building construction and energy management, which segments the different, sometimes massive building volumes and creatively brings them together as a collage.
