Architect (m/f/d) in internship (AIP) wanted immediately

Schmidt Architekten, managed by Christoph and Stephan Schmidt, is an internationally active architectural office in Kenzingen near Freiburg with more than 20 years of experience in the conception, planning and implementation of architectural and interior design projects for industry, commerce, residential construction, hotels and hospitality, trade fairs and showroom construction. The 20-strong team includes architects, designers, engineers, planners and project managers from six nations who work in flexible teams depending on the project requirements. We develop and realize living spaces in the form of aesthetic, functional and sustainable architecture. We offer this added value to our customers, based on their wishes, objectives, budget and technical specifications.

Your tasks:

• You actively shape current and demanding projects, especially in work phases 4-9
• You create draft, work and detailed planning for residential buildings, commercial properties
• You have insight into all other service phases of the HOAI
• You are responsible for the processing of sub-projects
• You work with BIM, Revit and/or Archicad

Conditions:

• You have a degree in a recognized course (at least four years of total standard study time) with a corresponding subject for registration with the Chamber of Architects
• You have an existing AiP registration or you meet the requirements for registration as an architect in an internship (further information on the website of the BW Chamber of Architects)
• You work reliably and have a quick grasp
• You have mastered German at level B1 to C2 or as your mother tongue
• You have knowledge of Archicad or Revit and have already worked in Bim projects
