Schmidt Architekten, managed by Christoph and Stephan Schmidt, is an internationally active architectural office in Kenzingen near Freiburg with more than 20 years of experience in the conception, planning and implementation of architectural and interior design projects for industry, commerce, residential construction, hotels and hospitality, trade fairs and showroom construction. The 20-strong team includes architects, designers, engineers, planners and project managers from six nations who work in flexible teams depending on the project requirements. We develop and realize living spaces in the form of aesthetic, functional and sustainable architecture. We offer this added value to our customers, based on their wishes, objectives, budget and technical specifications.
Your tasks:
- You design innovative BIM projects with Revit and/or Archicad
- You create draft, work and detailed planning for residential buildings, commercial properties
- They help to bring specialist planners together
- They support the construction management
- You create and coordinate mass calculations as a basis for bills of quantities
Conditions:
- Professional experience is desirable, we also welcome applications from young professionals
- You have mastered German at level B1 to C2 or as your mother tongue
- You have a degree in architecture or a comparable qualification
- You are proficient in Archicad or Revit and have already worked in BIM projects
